Outside of our services delivered as part of free trials, we require prepayment for our tutoring and tutorial services. Additionally, if a student cannot attend a scheduled tutoring lesson, we require at least 48 hours advance notice, or else the student agrees to forfeit the entire fee for that lesson. Similarly, if a tutor cannot deliver a scheduled lesson, the rescheduled replacement lesson will be provided free-of-charge, with a refund or lesson credit provided for the missed lesson. This is intended to limit the number of late cancellations that prevent us from offering a newly available time slot to another student. As prepayments are usually made for multiple lessons in advance, should a customer wish to discontinue receiving tutoring or tutorial services at any time, any unused prepaid balance will be refunded by us, usually within a fortnight of us being notified.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any prospective or current customer at any time and for any reason. On such occasions, any unused prepaid fees will be refunded.
